You must complete this form if you want to play in the SRL indoor league. The season will begin on January 5th, 2009 and continue for 16 weeks. Fees for the season are $200, payable by cheque on registration day. The location and time for the registration day will be communicated to you. The number of playing positions is limited so an early sign-up is necessary. The option to play will be given firstly to current SRL players then to outside players on the waiting list. You must be 35 years or older in 2009, and you must reside in the Burlington area.

After registration players will be contacted when the indoor teams are chosen. Make sure to check this website frequently since the team rosters and the game schedule will be posted here.
